How do I book my tee time?
To book your tee time for play or practice, you can use our convenient online scheduling system or contact us by phone or email.
Walk-in players are also always welcome to play in any open or unscheduled bay. All walk-ins are taken on a first-come/first-served basis.
How early should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled tee time to check in and prepare for your round.
What happens if I’m running late?
For players who pre-pay, we will hold your bay for 30 minutes past your scheduled start time. We allow for one missed booking without penalty. If a second booking is missed and we are able to fill your bay with another golfer, we will prorate 50% of your cost to rescheduling at a later date.
If you have not pre-paid for your time, you bay will be held for 10 minutes before we release the bay for other golfers who may be waiting.
What if I have to cancel my tee-time?
We realize that schedules can change and you may need to cancel or alter your planned time on the course. When this happens, we request at least 24-hour notice so that we can book other golfers. You can cancel or change your plans one of three convenient ways:
Visit us online to cancel and check our schedule for a tee-time that works better for you.
Send us an email with your name, scheduled day and time so that we can update the schedule as needed.
If you need to cancel on short notice, a call to the shop is preferred.
All tee-times canceled with more than 24 hours notice will not be assessed a cancellation fee.
For golfers who repeatedly cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we may need to ask for pre-payments for future booking requests.
How large are the bays?
Each of our bays is a 16x18 foot virtual golf simulator with a 14x9 foot screen. The distance from tee to screen is 12 feet.
How many can play in each bay?
You can play on your own or with your favorite foursome. You can even invite more friends to join in - our bays can accommodate as few or as many golfers as you wish. All costs are based on an hourly rate per-bay, so just be sure to allow enough time when you book for everyone to play.
How much time should I allow for a typical round?
One of the great advantages of playing at T-3 is the ability to play at a pace that’s best for you.
For single golfers with moderate skills, a round of 18 typically takes about an hour. Beginners should allow for more time or play a shortened 9-hole round. Foursomes can often play a round of 18 in less than 3 hours.
What happens if my round takes longer than expected?
If your round is running a little long and no one is scheduled for the bay after you, we allow play to continue for up to 15 minutes at no additional cost. If more time is needed, you can always add time to your session for a minimal fee.
Do I always have to play a round of golf when I book a time?
Absolutely not. You can also book times for practice on our virtual driving range to keep your swing in shape or test yourself with our target-based challenge range to improve the accuracy of every shot.
Can I book a regular tee-time?
Yes you can. Just use our convenient online scheduler or contact us through email or phone with your request. Bookings made more than 3 months out may need to be adjusted at times to accommodate our staff’s tournament play.
Can I book a specify bay?
If you find you prefer one bay over the other, simply let us know when you book your time and we’ll be sure to reserve it for you.
What do I need to bring with me to play?
Bring everything you would when you’re going out for a round at your favorite course - clubs, balls and glove. You can also wear golf shoes but they are not necessary. Please no golf spikes, flip flops or bare feet.
Do you have any equipment to rent?
For beginning golfers who may not yet have their own clubs, we do have adult-sized clubs available on a first-come/first-served basis, as well as balls and tees.
Do I need to pre-pay?
Pre-pay is only necessary for leagues, after-hour tee times or booking private parties.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay when you book your tee times online with any major credit card or through your PayPal account. We also accept credit cards and cash on-site.
Are there any age restrictions at T-3?
Any golfer age 4 and over is welcome to play and practice at T-3. We do ask that all golfers under the age of 14 be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their entire session.
Can people come to watch?
If you want to bring your own gallery, please do. Friends and family are always welcome to come and watch you play or practice. We simply ask that everyone be aware of golfers in the other bay who may want a bit of privacy or quiet while they work on their game.
