Your lead heel of your foot: Lift It or Leave It.
Martin Hall, Master Instructor.
(I’m paraphrasing) If you have good distance with your driver but lack accuracy, you want to work on leaving that lead heel on the ground during your backswing. This will create better stability and contact through the downswing.
If you lack distance and want more, lifting that lead heel on your backswing will promote a greater turn, resulting in greater club head speed and distance.
